As 2026 progresses, UniCloud360 continues to grow across the private higher education markets we serve — onboarding new institutions, deepening capabilities, and expanding the team that builds and supports the platform.
This post covers the key developments across the UniCloud360 platform and the institutions we partner with.
Key Updates
- UniCloud360 now serves 8+ private HEIs across Sri Lanka, Singapore, UAE, and the USA — managing 7,000+ active students on a single unified platform
- The platform covers six integrated modules: Admissions CRM, Student Information System, Fee Management, Academic Planning, Lecturer Portal, and Student Portal — all on a shared database with no synchronisation overhead
- CINEC Campus reduced operating costs by 40% in a 6-month implementation — replacing five separate systems with UniCloud360
Institutional Growth: 8+ Institutions Across Four Regions
UniCloud360 now serves 8+ private higher education institutions across Sri Lanka, Singapore, the UAE, and the United States — managing over 7,000 active students and 200+ courses on a single unified platform.
Our institutional partners include:
- CINEC Campus — Sri Lanka’s leading private higher education institution; 7,000+ active students, 200+ courses consolidated from five separate systems onto UniCloud360 in a 6-month implementation.
- APIIT Sri Lanka — The Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology, a major transnational education provider partnering with Staffordshire University (UK) and APU (Malaysia).
- International Institute of Health Sciences (IIHS) — A leading private health sciences institution in Sri Lanka.
- SLTC Research University — Sri Lanka’s first private research-driven technology university.
- Four additional institutions across our active markets.
Each of these institutions operates UniCloud360 as their primary student management platform — covering admissions, student records, academic planning, fee management, examination management, and student self-service.
Platform Capability: What’s Available in 2026
The UniCloud360 platform has continued to develop across all six core modules. Here is a summary of current platform capability:
Admissions and Counsellor Module
The Counsellor Module manages the complete student recruitment journey — from multi-channel inquiry capture through offer letter generation, document management, discount approval workflows, and target monitoring. The Head of Counselling dashboard provides real-time visibility into intake pipeline, conversion rates by counsellor and programme, and progress against institutional targets.
Student Information System
UniCloud360’s Student Information System manages each student’s complete academic and administrative record from registration to graduation. Role-based portals give every stakeholder — academic administrators, finance staff, lecturers, students — an appropriate view of the shared record in real time.
Fee Management Module
The Finance Module handles programme-specific fee scheme configuration, automated invoice generation, structured discount workflows, bank reconciliation, and multi-currency billing. Students access their full financial record through a self-service portal and can make payments online without visiting the finance office.
Academic Planning and Timetabling
The Academic Module manages the General Academic Plan, batch structures, semester module allocation, class setup, and the availability checker that prevents timetable conflicts before they are committed. Changes to the academic plan propagate automatically to lecturer and student portals.
Lecturer Portal
The Lecturer Module gives academic staff a purpose-built portal for timetable access, attendance management (key-in, QR code, attendance link, and fingerprint integration), assessment marking sheets, and cross-module student visibility.
Student Portal
The Student Module provides students with 24/7 access to their timetable, grades, fee balance, attendance records, course materials, and administrative requests — from a single mobile-optimised interface.

What Institutions Are Saying
The outcomes from our institutional partnerships continue to be measurable and consistent.
“We replaced five separate systems — admissions, finance, timetabling, exams, and attendance — with UniCloud360. The consolidation cut our operating costs by roughly 40% and we went live in just six months.”
— Chandima De Silva, Assistant Dean · CINEC Campus
The 40% operational cost reduction at CINEC Campus reflects the elimination of redundant licence fees, manual data management overhead, and the coordination costs of running five disconnected platforms. The 6-month go-live timeline reflects what is achievable when the platform was designed for the private HEI context from the beginning.
What’s Next
Our development roadmap for 2026 continues to focus on the operational needs of private higher education institutions across our markets:
- Expanded multi-currency support for institutions billing in additional currencies
- Enhanced Amazon QuickSight dashboard templates for standard institutional KPIs
- Deeper LMS integration options for institutions using Moodle and other platforms
- Expanded mobile capabilities for the Student and Lecturer portals
For institutions evaluating UniCloud360 for the first time, the most direct way to understand the platform is a live technical demonstration with our team.
